A traditional meat dish of Botswana, made of beef, goat or lamb meat.[29] The fatty meat is generally boiled until tender in any pot, with "just enough salt",[30] and shredded or pounded.[31] It is often served with pap (maize meal) or sorghum meal porridge.[32][33]
